Because our Neumi Gear is print-on-demand, each piece is made to order. As a result, Neumi Gear purchases are not refundable. Each item has detailed sizing information on the product page that should be reviewed before purchase in order to ensure that you receive gear that fits you correctly. 

If you receive an item that doesn't fit you properly, we suggest gifting it to someone in your downline :)
